Once we receive your order, we need 3-5 business days to prepare your products for shipment. We will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link when your package has left our warehouse.

Returns

Conditions

You can return unopened items within 14 days free of charge. As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the return. After reviewing the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded - according to the payment method you have chosen. The processing and refund can take up to 7 days. Returns from abroad

We do not provide you with a return label for the return. The direct costs of returning the goods from abroad are to be covered by you.
